Method
- Add blackbeans, onion, garlic and sausages to slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients + 1 cup water until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the liquid mixture over the sausages and cover with lid.
- Slow cook on low for 8 hours, or high for 4 hours.
Serving Suggestion
- Serve with baked potatoes or mash.
