The Super star of our Sausages!! Our Goat Sausage has to be one of the best bangers out there. Made using 100% Goat meat and filled into sheep casings this Sausage is pork and Beef free. A straight Goat Sausage!! Goat is beautiful meat and hard to tell between lamb. Apart from a bit of pepper this Sausage is made with a really hands off approach and the result is an absolute stunning Sausage…these are a great Sausage to bang in a bun with some Caramelized onion!!
