As with all Beard Brothers sausages, we keep it real, choosing natural wherever we can, using pure ingredients, and definitely no sub-par over-processed or filler meat. Better texture, better flavour. With no gluten and no added MSG, we’re proud to bring this new sausage to your BBQ’s and kitchen tables.
Flavour Profile
These hearty succulent bangers were born from the stable of The Hurricanes. Initially launched as The Hurricanes Banger, they were deemed so good that we had to make them available to everyone. Containing our award-winning beef sausage recipe, with just enough New Zealand “smoky bacon”, we may have another winner.
Made with selected grass-fed free-farmed beef from our trusted network of farmers, plus New Zealand quality bacon. Natural hog casings allow the full flavours and textures to shine.
